Mirai Nikki (2011) | Future Diary (2011)

Lord of Fire:
Well, looks like we have some inreresting revelations here in episode 19:

(click to show/hide)11th Is the Mayor of the city this all takes place in and Yuno is apparently not who she appears to be, with (no) thanks to Akise for spilling the beans.

Somehow, I get the idea this was set up to break Yuki and Yuno apart for good, as it's become quite clear now that she has been the brains between the two all along and that Yuki is still not worth much on his own, even if he's grown up a bit. This will either make Yuki go completely ballistic, or it will somehow make his bond with Yuno even stronger over time when he realizes just what she's meant to him so far.

Havoc10K:
I liked all the clothes Yuno was in this episode.

(click to show/hide)Their play was quite awesome if you ask me, somehow this breaks the theory that Yuno isn't actually that smart and just in love. Personally I don't know what to make of it considering the memories flashbacks from earlier episode.

This turned out to be quite the battle. Although on more fronts that normally. I have a feeling that something doesn't fit in.

(click to show/hide)Well, that's kinda obvious when you realize that the script was based on both their Diaries, hence why it took them by surprise when they found out that 11th could see through their plan. Since they didn't know what he could do with it, they couldn't counter it either.

More reasons to believe that Yuno is definitely not a genius: if she were, she would've shot 11th on the spot and not wait for Akise and 9th to ruin the party. Yuki telling her to fire the damn gun would have helped a lot as well.

And maybe the Yuno we see now is the real Yuno, just not from this timeline. That would explain why there are two Yunos in this world: a live one and a dead one.

Havoc10K:
far fetched, but we'll find out.

Still, she looked awesome in those clothes.

Haumea:
The more I watch this show, the more I find the "bad guys" are the guys I want to win. I find Yuki to be a cry baby, and annoying. Yuno is just too unstable for my liking. She has no care for the life of others. Only of Yuki. You could call it tragic love, or something else, but it just makes me relish every time she gets slapped or told down by Yuki, the pathetic cry baby.

That said, I'm really enjoying the show, and there have been some great characters(who sadly keep being killed). The whole thing has a kind of "Baccano! as a horror" feel to it. I'll be sad to see it end in the next few weeks.
