Which was not even censored because it was not shown properly, and that's good.
This is going exactly how I expected it too, which doesn't mean it's boring, on the contrary, I expected this turn of events, and i'm glad. Like I said, I pretty much know how this will end so it's not going to surprise me.
Personally they shouldn't have shown Yukki and Yuno in underwear at all after the EKHM scene, but since they censored whatever was in the corner of the room I already knew they wouldn't show anything properly. I expected that so i wasn't even interested, but I wanted to know if I was right about Yuno and I was right.
This is a great show, a little red, but great. Blurays will sell very nicely. It should be on comparable level to Higurashi S1 and S2 DVD sales which lost only to School Days by a very small margin.
I'm going to wait for all BDs to be out and marathon for BluRay goodness :)

There's a very good amount of closure.
EDIT :
(click to show/hide)Overall I was okay with how they showed Akise's death. In the manga they showed his thought process with images for his last deduction about Yuno, and straight up showed the audience exactly who the fake Yuno is. I think I prefer how the anime is handling it, I just hope that iconic image that revealed her identity is still shown as a sort of flashback or something.
Though I'm sad we didn't get to see the full view of his headless body walking forward. It was a powerful image in the manga.
Here's what it looked like in the manga, if you want to see the gore before the blu-rays come out.

And with that, the 17th Angel-I mean-Akise Aru is dead.
Next episode everything should be laid out on the table, all mysteries will be resolved.

Hope they fixe that into the BD version.
Well episode 23 has all the answers, now just waiting for the last.
Once that is done, will start with the manga while waiting for BDs to complete.
Ozzaharwood:
It's actually going up to 26 episodes, not 24. I also heard a rumour that it will not end like it did in the manga.
SeventyX7:
That will be interesting. The manga had 2 endings. It had a really dark ending that was just sublime.
Then 5 pages later they completely undid it with a deus ex machina that completely contradicted the MAJOR plot point that people cannot be brought back to life.
It was infuriating for the series to have the powerful amazing ending it did only to completely undo it with Shounen voodoo a page later.
If it's true that it's 26 episodes, then I wager there will be a different ending. There's only one major fight left after the victory against the 11th.
