apparently its because of that conversation they had some years back and how apparently he completely forgot about . . .

There's more to it than that. Remember that Yuno was having trouble writing what her future goals were, too. Only she and Yuki were still wondering about that.

Those that did read the manga do know how this will end, therefore, Yuno will the hero of all viewers :)

Talk about Wham episode. First they get all mushy and lovey-dovey, then Yukii had to find the one room he wasn't supposed to find and all hell breaks loose.
Now the question begs, what will she do in order to prevent him from spilling the beans? From the looks of it, it's not going to be pretty.
