Sounds like a good idea if you reay think you could pull this off. As far as I know there are no stores like that where I live, but meh, I go to japan every other year anyways.

I had plans on going this year, I just might go around september, when it gets chilly, those cafe's are more popular in the autumn, probably cuz people want to get warmth from the chicks, I been talking this idea over with a few friends, the biggest obstacle they see is getting girls to dress up, looks like getting customers ain't a problem, for them :P
