Because it's not on AniDB. Rather than being an anime, more accurate would be to called it a Marvel in-house production...

Well this is in japanese and its the original language. I think there's a English dub too but Im more interested in this and Its on nyaa..so :/

No, the original premier airing was in US; (quote from Wikipedia(link above))

The connection it has to its Japanese anime counterpart is that its second season (27-52) was scheduled to air concurrently with it in Spring 2011(the anime on Animax in Japan, and this one in US on the same channels as the first season).

I don't see how this is a Japanese production at all. Animated by a French company. Premiere in US, Canada and France. Post production is done by a French company too.
