You can probably make fake scannable Credit Cards out of the numbers without the security code.

I highly doubt that.
not to mention it only takes a week to have a new card with new number sent in from your credit card company

So the hacker's go Credit Card/E-mail/home Address etc. Which pisses me off. Sony told every PSN member to change their account info yet you can't even log onto PSN or event the browser based PSN to even do this. Unless their is a way to do this, any one know? Cause I'd like to know.
