Good to see Xbox LIVE is King right now MWHAAHA!  :P

Someone seems to not remember that when CoD Black Ops came out that it was shitty as hell to get a game going in multiplayer... PS3 owners played their hearts out. Every system has their problems, Sony just likes to piss off the wrong people? (Rhetorical question)

I'm sorry but your system has crashed due to an unexpected fatal error please reboot...

I'm sorry but the system has experienced serve hardware failure, please contact your local manufacturer for more information.

Did you know Satan was supposedly gods RIGHT HAND MAN, not his left. Blows your theory out of the water now doesn't it.

XD AHAHAHAHAHAH Stop, please! XD
The PS3 version of Black Ops didn't even work at launch! It had major performance issues, it froze, the frame rate dropped and it was close to impossible to connect to a game. The Xbox version had minor problems, but the worst of it was that connecting to a game took a little longer than it should.

Because I feel like it.

Lol, I know that's not true because I went to the Mid-night launch of Black Ops and played it all night. Online was stellar.

I got Black Ops the day it came out and had no problems what so ever playing online or offline. You should probably get your facts straight before you post something. Especially with such dimwitted accusations about something you obviously know nothing about.

P.S. Not a PS3 fanyboy. I enjoy PS3 and 360 on a weekly basis.

I skipped like half of the thread because it quickly started to devolve into console wars bullshit(and still kind of is), so sorry if this has already been posted.

Quote
Q: Was my credit card data taken?
A: While all credit card information stored in our systems is encrypted and there is no evidence at this time that credit card data was taken, we cannot rule out the possibility. If you have provided your credit card data through PlayStation Network or Qriocity, out of an abundance of caution we are advising you that your credit card number (excluding security code) and expiration date may have been obtained. Keep in mind, however that your credit card security code (sometimes called a CVC or CSC number) has not been obtained because we never requested it from anyone who has joined the PlayStation Network or Qriocity, and is therefore not stored anywhere in our system.

So unlike our personal info, at least our credit card data was encrypted. Only makes me feel slightly less uncomfortable about the whole mess though.

If you have a PSN account, I recommend you read through that entire Q&A if you haven't already.

Like I said... maybe it's just the mentality of being Canadian... but I wasn't really that paranoid about this in the first place. I've been in a few situations already where someone/company contacts me that there's been an info breach. Funny thing is, the person who has had to replace cards most often was my brother. Debit cards being replaced due to discovery of tampered debit/credit machines in places like large malls.

Online isn't without its hazards of course, but I'm not worried.

Plus, there's reports that xbox live is going to get HUGE influxes of new users running from PSN. Ok morons, xbox live 101. YOU HAVE TO PAY.

People are going to jump ship, sure. But not as drastic as some retards have been spewing.
This is your home now. So take advantage of everything here, except me.

I still like how they THINK credit card data wasn't taken, but they send out an email saying you should watch your credit cards for fraudulent information, X3.

Never mind, some people HAVE paid for PSN plus ... which means that Sony is ... sucking it harder and harder each day. ( In the sense that they're likely going to offer compensation for the network being down and whatnot to those using plus. )

All my obligatory XB360 fan-ness aside, I do so enjoy the PS3. ... for movies and the occasional PS3 only game, <<. AND THE PSN ONE CLASSICS. :: Shakes PSN. :: I could be playing Parasite Eve, but noooooooooo.

Download a PS1 emulator (ePSXe should work [pSX works for Parasite Eve 1, not 2]), install it, download a bios (search for PSX bios on isohunt), get the bios linked up with the emulator, download the game (easy to find on isohunt), extract it. Play the game. Might require some plugin tinkering.

Even though I love the xbox, and see few good reasons for buying a playstation(being a masochist is one), I still think it's stupid that Treyarch didn't test the game properly for the ps3. They obviously have a BIG attraction to Microsofts never ending pile of spondulicks. Why can't developers just be neutral? -.-" (May be because the PS3 is a pile of manure, tho)

I got Black Ops the day it came out and played muiltiplayer + zombies for like a week straight and almost never experienced any of those problems... I mean, there were a few times that I couldn't invite a friend, but that's like a couple of times out of the probably hundreds of times I was inviting friends into my lobby... Zombies never had a problem to begin with either. I never noticed any misinformation on the leaderboards either...
