I see a few one reason to get Playstation 3. If I ever would need a Blu-ray player, I would get a PS3, you know why? Because so far where I live PS3 is cheaper than dedicated blu-ray players or the same price.

You could also get one for the awesome exclusives. I got a PS3 after my 360 broke, and after playing only a few of the PS3 only titles, I knew I had made the right choice. :)

Someone seems to not remember that when CoD Black Ops came out that it was shitty as hell to get a game going in multiplayer... PS3 owners played their hearts out. Every system has their problems, Sony just likes to piss off the wrong people? (Rhetorical question)

XD AHAHAHAHAHAH Stop, please! XD
The PS3 version of Black Ops didn't even work at launch! It had major performance issues, it froze, the frame rate dropped and it was close to impossible to connect to a game. The Xbox version had minor problems, but the worst of it was that connecting to a game took a little longer than it should.

I got Black Ops the day it came out and had no problems what so ever playing online or offline. You should probably get your facts straight before you post something. Especially with such dimwitted accusations about something you obviously know nothing about.

P.S. Not a PS3 fanyboy. I enjoy PS3 and 360 on a weekly basis.

You were saying?

Weren't those bugs patched? Because we play Black Ops and have not noticed these bugs.

Read the quote-chain. Somebody said that the PS3 version of black ops was fully playable at launch, which makes me giggle.

It was fully playable for me. My 20 friends and 5 family members. So there is 25 people there. Then it was also fully playable for all of my PSN friend's which is for (CoD Black Ops) 15 more people of which I know in real life but consider them acquaintances. So if you do the math, that is a minimum of 41 people (Including me) whom had no problems at launch.

Also, among those people, they range from Cali to NY to Japan. (If you are curious as to the Japan one, my brother is stationed there.) Just cause some people had this problem(s) doesn't mean EVERYONE has them.

In-conclusion, You just like hating.

P.S. Keep in mind this is my last reply to you because this is just futile anyway.
Well, kinda seems like PSN will never come back online. Which isn't too bad I guess. *Shrugs.* Just gotta be patient. Eh?
Anyone on here a Playstation Plus Member?

Which are the awesome ones? Here is a list of PS3 exclusives and the only thing that looks remotely interesting is Killzone and MAG (scratch that, FPS do not work without a mouse). As expected there are more games from Ratchet and Clank series. Although I enjoyed them on PS2, I doubt that that one game alone is worth it.

Actually it not surprising that a lot of exclusives are also asian games. Explains why most games on that list are... dull. Then again to be fair if you look at Xbox exclusives it's just as dull. I guess good games are more often multi platform than not.

Valkyria Chronicles
Uncharted series
Kinda Demon's Souls
Kinda Metal Gear Solid 4

Then most games that work on both xbox 360 and ps3 are better on ps3 due to the stronger hardware. Considering how few RPGs are released for PC there are some decent ones on PS3. If you don't have a 360 then a ps3 is the better choice. If you have a 360 and computer then getting a ps3 on top of it doesn't seem like that good of an idea. Even though the PS3 is better in every way than the 360.
