You also cant compare consoles to PCs because a PCs hardware is just so much better so there is no comparison its like comparing a Lambo VS a Prius.

article from 2006 that is really brilliant, yet, for some reason, PS3 is constantly stable, while XboX is from microsoft, nothing they ever did was stable :P
but PC is better cuz it offers much more with hardware and it's software, consoles are meant to be weaker than the PC, they are meant to be purely entertainment, while PCs can be used in office work, architecture and other stuff like designing some stuff, which in contrast must have much more power.
Consoles are only to provide entertainment, unless you can show me a console with MSoffice or 3D studio max or any other program that requires a real engine to run it. If all games for consoles and PC were released as multiplatforms (XboX/PS3/PC) it would have been awesome, cuz everyone could just buy one platform and play any game they wanted to, alas tehre are exclusive games which really bothers me sometimes, can't help it though.
PSN should be back in 3 days, but that is my guess.
