<< < (60/178) > >>

Saras:
端島 -はしま- hashima island

(click to show/hide)By the way, how does one quickswitch to hiragana on the windows japanese ime? It's annoying having to manually change from alphanumeric via the mouse.

ph4zr:
祭 / 祭り 【まつり】 matsuri: festival; feast;
(click to show/hide)At least for the keyboard I'm using, ALT+` acts as a switch between half-width alphanumeric (small "A" icon) and whatever other input method you were using—probably hiragana input (「あ」 icon) in most cases. (` being the grave accent, generally the non-shifted equivalent of ~ on US keyboards.)

The switch is within the MS IME, so it doesn't actually change between whatever keyboard layouts you have set up. The hotkey might also depend on your physical keyboard, since there seem to be all manner of keys referenced that don't exist on mine, e.g. the katakana, romaji, and conversion keys.

Saras:
りんご - apple

(click to show/hide)Works for me, thanks.

ph4zr:
ゴキブリ gokiburi: cockroach /ends in り again
ご褒美 【ごほうび】 gohoubi: reward; prize;

Burkingam:
秘密 [ひみつ] Himitsu : secret
