Kogepan is a bonus point cashcow. This anime is never seeded properly. I have a 14.030 ratio on it, making it my 4rth torrent with the highest ration or the first if you don't count hentai (which tend to always give lower seeder/lecher ratio)

Back on topic, if you are having trouble downloading it.... uhhh. Find it somewhere else? I mean if it's giving you troubles, no one else is really gonna wanna touch a chinese server mainly because... well, I don't want spyware and malware. I guess the difficulty is finding another copy (googled to no avail), but otherwise, go with the copy this tracker has until better rip crops up.

LOLOLOL, why people are soooooooooo untrustworthy of poor Chinese things? I know they have all kind of obscure shit, but there are good things too. I've used countless of times Chinese trackers, forum links, DDL and other things. Mostly by searching on Google
. I've NEVER caught anything bad. And many times I ended up getting what I wanted. There are tons of things that don't have a proper, good quality release. Animes that don't have any subbed DVD rip and only have old as fuck TV encodes (like this Kogepan). Neko Ramen, H2O, Jigoku Shoujo Futakomori or Genji Monogatari Senneki also come to mind now. They are kinda old and there's no hope on the horizon of seeing these getting a proper DVD rip release. I happen to have the DVD raws for those... waiting for the day I get good enough with Japanese
. There are even cases of no English sub of any kind available, like Senya Ichiya Monogatari. I'm not into old things much, I bet there lots of other animes in that condition.
In those cases you have no other option than to dive into the deepest obscureness of the internet underworld to find something of value. And that involves in many cases Chinese servers. As a saying we have here... "the one who doesn't take a risk, doesn't win"
Btw, Touka Gettan looks pretty awesome <3. Even if I can't get Kogepan, I found what it seems to be some nice Shoujo Ai xD
