Can someone help me DL this?

I'm having some... issues with fucking Chinese servers. It's impossible to DL anything from them. DL starts and after 5 secs it stalls. Then continues again and stops. Like a blinking light. Chinese sites also take ages to load. ALL of them. I'm guessing my crappy ISP is having probs with Chinese based things. Japan sites and DLs go fine on the other side (I rarely get more than 100 kb/s, but at least they work).

The issue here is that some (a lot) of things are only available from Chinese pages/forums/trackers/etc. Like this:

Can someone with a decent, non-5th world ISP :-\, please, download it and upload to a non-Chinese filehost? It's a DVD rip version (mkv/h264) of Kogepan. The only subbed version is crappy Divx 3. If I can make enough time I might rip the subs (if I manage to understand SubRip) and make a better release. This anime is so cute~ ;D

I don't know if this is allowed here, but it's a DL of an anime from BBT, so it should be fine. Thanks :-*

Kogepan is a bonus point cashcow. This anime is never seeded properly. I have a 14.030 ratio on it, making it my 4rth torrent with the highest ratio or the first if you don't count hentai (which tend to always have lower seeder/lecher ratio)
