No matter how fancy MW3 will be if it doesn't have Dedicated servers im not buying it. Im a very competitive person and if i lose because of something that is out of my control like lag especially lag i get very pissed. Hopefully they also balance the weapons out and fix hardcore mode (or i should say one hit kill mode @black ops), Battlefield BC2 hardcore is perfect CoD should model theirs after BFs.

Good news -- Infinity Ward “having conversations” on dedicated servers for Modern Warfare 3.

Now if only they will have them for the 360 and PS3 (which I totally doubt). The only reason I say this is because I would like to join servers with specific maps and not just have it randomized. That, and this whole Host Migration is kind of annoying as well (which I'm sure most if not all PC users are fed up with because everyone's hardware is different).

But the BFBC2 ps3/xbox servers are run by EA, are they not?

Almost all of EA's games run off their own servers.

I also find it funny that PSN is free, right? Xbox Live is $50 a year, right? PS3 and Xbox 360 both had/have issues with Host Migration, right? Guess what, not ONE Xbox Live game has Microsoft server support. The only thing that Microsoft does with Xbox Live in terms of only gaming is the host syncing... which Sony does for free. Where is that $50 a year going to? Just so you can connect to Xbox Live? XD
