Killstreak is a system that mostly rewards campers. It was not too horrid in COD4 and it turned fucking retarded in MW2. It makes people play for the killstreak instead of giving a fuck about your team. Oh wait there isn't a team 99% of the time because the player have to go through the ridiculous invite system.
Soldiers don't get killstreaks. Soldiers don't respawn. Soldiers don't get ridiculous perks. Campers are selfish cowards that only care about their KDRs and nothing else. It doesn't matter if his teammates are getting slaughtered elsewhere he will just stroll around a good camping spot and sip tea.
Being drown by kiddo players will make us dumber players. I actually want to have intelligent conversions with intelligent players that play intelligently, you know, so I can actually learn to play better in ways other than twitching like a monkey on 1000mg caffeine.

Then the game isn't for you! It isn't hard-coded into the game that you have to be a team player. It's a game, an arcady shooter at that. It's suppose to be fast paced with games finishing under 8 minutes (normal game modes obviously). Killstreaks may reward campers more than run-and-gunners, but it doesn't change the fact that camping is a legitimate strategy. Bitch and moan about it all you want, but unless you can figure out a way to curb camping, then there will be camping. Plus if you are so annoyed by the drowning noise of kids, the mute button takes like 2 seconds. Problem solved.

Once again, you either won by camping or by being good at the game. Either way, you still won. Little shits can be muted in 2 seconds with no problems. If you believe that "teamwork" can only be communicated through mics, then pick another game that focuses more on teamplay and stay away from CoD. If you knew that MW2 killstreaks were out of wack (in some people's opinions), then why did you buy Black Ops?
You guys both act like you got robbed. Maybe you got mentally robbed, but you did willingly (hopefully) pay the money for the game you knew you were gonna get. Come on, after 6 previous games... did you really think the 7th was gonna be dramatically different and potentially ruin it if they tried something radically different from their previous successes (or whatever you want to call them). I'm not saying that you guys are wrong in what you are saying and camping/kiddies/lack of teamwork/overpowered killstreaks all have their problems, but the game is still fun to play casually... not completely hardcore. That's why the game is popular... because it appeals to the very casual crowd.

Rapid Fire + AK47u and fast reactions is how I won. Don't even get me started on camping... I'll rush like a motherfucker and never camp. Then again, I always play FFA since TDM is too slow.
The only FPS I'm playing right now is Team Fortress 2 and it was easily worth my $20.
I did feel robbed and it was the first CoD game I've ever purchased. It's boring and the idea of paying for maps is asinine.
Oh well, the idiotic casuals can keep buying the same game again.

I actually pre-order MW2. Watched the trailer and got all pumped up and didn't thought IW could fuck up so badly. Should have paid closer attention to gaming news.

It's a game, it's not real life so it can be fake however they want it to.
Black ops was a alright game, the online is ok sometimes, but most people just don't see that its just a game so who cares if someone camps for a kill streak, who cares if you have perks?
Some people need to calm down about the COD series, if your really hating the streaks and camping go play Cod 3 or 2.
