Good choices I agree with those! Also I would like to add Dgrayman. I really liked the anime its to bad the manga is so slow.

Giant Killing (moar stuff needed!)
Hajime no Ippo (this pace doesn't cut it)
Ginga Nagareboshi Gin (the entire manga needs to be adapted)
Kekkaishi (maybe now the manga has ended even though the anime wasn't particular popular)
Kurenai (moar Murasaki)
Rainbow: Nisha Rokubou no Shichinin (again entire manga!)
