Berserk and Air Gear. Everything else mention had a traditional ending that kind of left a bit of an "aww its over" Feeling but nothing like Berserk and Air Gear, hell I remember seeing a friend go @pe$hit after I told him that was the end of the Air Gear anime..... lmao I think he about punched a locker.

a good otaku should know most/all of the abreviated titles - i know 10 without having to think too hard about it. and MM isnt an abreviation, its the actual title of an anime...just if someone didnt know

I forgot about Hunter X Hunter, though I doubt I'm the only one - the manga went on... though rather brutally at points, well past the end of the Greed Island affair.

I miss it, now that I've thought about it, it had a truly uniquely introspective style for a shonen battle manga, the characters thought things through like a chess match - though with far more action.
