so the remaining ones are 2 most difficult to guess ?

I can see them being harder to guess though, reason is, they are a bit older.

SH - Soul Hunter
SG - Sky Girls

so many chances, but teh deal was to get them all, no one gets internets :D

I thought of Soul Hunter, but it's a tad obscure and older.

Sky Girls isn't ongoing - it ended in 2007, unless I'm missing something.

The one that bugged me the most was Eyeshield 21. Through the whole series they were trying to reach a goal, then the series stops right before they actually reach it. -.-
You do get a scene a few years later, though, so I suppose they skipped the main event, instead of stopping early.  :-\

where did I ever said of ongoing series ? Soul Hunter is even older than Sky Girls.

ok i think i stated the topic a bit wrong...


My intention was to get amine that ended before the manga ended and left the series hanging without a conclusion, like Hunter x Hunter, 07-Ghost and Claymore

not so much your fav shows that ended when they were supposed to like Trigun Cowboy Bebop ect


Granted i wish we could get a redo on some like Kenshin, the manga ending was SO much better then the way they went with the anime after the Shishio arc

He did follow the original Trigun manga with another.

Besides, even if the material does end, if it concludes on a non-ending then your left with a certain emptiness.

Though I disagree with people that want to continue series for the sake of just having more of it, regardless of whether they have already achieved catharsis in the plot. Code Geass, for instance, had a beautiful ending, if they wanted to continue they could do a side story or the alternative universe they developed in manga. To force the continuation of the main story-line would be distasteful.

Hikaru No Go, even after 75 episodes and a few ovas there was plenty of the manga left to cover

an anime about the game of go may not seem entertaining, but it has a good story and character development

you know i thought the same thing until i watched it, it was an amazing series. One of the very few that physical charater growth done so well you did not notice it until they did a flash back.
