I'd like to request Angel Heart by HOJO Tsukasa.
The series is ongoing and Evil Genius just released chapter 182 (volume 17). Chapter 182 finished a story. In my opinion the show has no real arcs but a lot of small short stories and uploading up until and including 182 should be fine. Another possible break could be somewhere around volume 18. According to M-U the anime adaptation ends somewhere around that volume.
If decided to upload up to vol. 18 we'd have to wait until Evil Genius has translated that far. If opinions favor 182 the chapters should look as the following:

               Chapters 001 - 037 (vol. 01 - 03): MangaProject
               Chapters 038 - 182 (vol. 04 - XX): Evil Genius

Volumes 01 to 07 are packed in chapters.
Volumes 08 to 15 are packed in volumes.
Volumes 16 to 17 (ch182) are packed in chapters (possible repackaging probable).

The chapters by MP are named as follows (or at least I have them that way): Angel_Heart_vXX_cYYY.zip
I think they are official but unfortunately I have no idea anymore where I downloaded them. Only two possibilities come to my mind: Either #lurk or laplacian. But those two have undergone big changes or they are back (unbeknownst to me).

The chapters by Evil_Genius are named as follows: [Evil_Genius]AngelHeart_vXXcYYY.rar or [Evil_Genius]AngelHeart_vXX.rar

I'd love to upload it myself but I don't have the time to maintain an incomplete torrent at the moment and I don't know if I'm going to have it in the future.

P.S.: The manga itself is completed just not completely scanlated. A sequel has even already started.

Finally someone requested it. I wanted to upload it but i don't have my laptop or a prominent net connection so its impossible for me right  now. BUt i'll help anyone else who wants to upload it.
