I'd like to request Yume no Kakera Original Animated Music Video. I just can't find it anywhere anymore. I think ray=out was the only one who subbed it. The official file name should be: "[ray=out] Yume no Kakera - Music Video [D6438E71].mkv"
Additional info (from AniDB):
