and there's no .srt file or something
or is there a way to convert japanese audio to english )

There's no way to convert audio afaik. If there's dual audio, you can change it to the other one instead. But you can't convert the audio.

You might want to download another copy of the anime if it's not dual audio.

go check in anidb for a dual audio release or an english fansub group.
should have checked the group beforehand before downloading *shrugs*
