Lol I have received several similar requests already. I'm not sure that I'm ready to make a commercial game and if I ever make one it's probably gonna be alone. Both Minecraft and Terraria started with only one programmer. Terraria still only has one programmer and a costumer relation manager. Minecraft has several staff members already but only three programmers. Magicka has a team of a undetermined number but it was developed at first as a student project so I assume that all the members new each others already. I think if you want to take example from these games you should either start alone and only expend if you have success, or team up only with very few people, 2 or 3, and only people you already know. I don't think it's a good idea to have more than 2 people working on programming. if you decide to be 3 the third should take care of administration and marketing.
