As for the OP, the internet holds a lot of information. If it was a good enough movie, someone will have a good version of it (then you can present it to this tracker!). If not, you can always ask someone from Japan to rent the movie, rip it, and send the file to you. It looks like it was shot in 16:9 but unless someone has an HD source of the file (ripped off an HD channel or a Blu-ray/HD-DVD version) then the best you'll probably get is the 480p with bars at the top and bottom of the picture.

I have a few films that are hardsubbed DVD-5s (three I think). They aren't common, but usually reserved for privately released material; films that only got out there via the creator making them himself. In one sense you could call it unofficial for not being commercially released, but on the other hand you can't get a lot more official than buying it from the creator himself :P

Basically, if no distribution company picked it up then it wouldn't be a huge leap to think that the creator released it himself.

people should read before doing something stupid, also, Tatu girls aren't even cute, they aren't even pretty, wash the make up and you get the typical Russian girl.
