Cell Phones are proven to cause cancer!

I know.  It takes 50 years for smoking to give some people cancer, smoking two packs a day.  Just saying that a cause for cancer can take decades.  And being a cause doesn't meant that it will happen.  Nor can just one person be an example.

Seriously again.  Most all the studies say that those that don't get cancer from doing such bad practices, are often those with active healthy lifestyles.  They aren't obese and eat well.  IMO, being obese sitting at home all day allows for about anything to give you cancer.
