Asbestos is in Group 1 (Carcinogenic to humans) in IARC Monographs' classification. The other two examples are in group 2 or higher in that same classification scheme.

In case anyone cares, instead of saying it's not possible, WHO now say it's possible but not proven. No new studies were conducted, however existing studies were reviewed.
Realistically, only those who work near base stations should worry about it.
