currently GTS 450 vs HD6670 is the ones in neck at price to price, sli vs cf is the same, its the game that makes the difference between the two, i`ll list the pros and cons:
GTS 450 pros: [105$]ZOTAC ZT-40503-10L GeForce GTS 450 (Fermi) 1GB 128-bit GDDR5
better at gaming than HD6670
much bang for buck than HD6670
HD6670 pros: [100$]XFX HD-667X-ZAF3 Radeon HD 6670 1GB 128-bit GDDR5
better at picture quality and video decoding than GTS450
runs at lower power(65watts vs 100watts)
runs cooler(duh?) technically depends on the cooler that was placed.
HD6670 doesnt need a 6pin power cable
it idles at a wooping 15watts
if you'd notice, the GTS450 has a ton of discounts right now @ newegg and the HD6670 just got released and hardly has any discounts. give it some time and you'd see it drop to 80ish$.

review about HD6670 with benchmarks against GTS450
personally, i`m not an AMD person when it comes to their GPU, though i swing by on their performance when it comes to power consumption and picture quality.

You in Canada? Check out today's Shell Shocker.

is that an old model? still, the deal is sweet, 200$ for 256gb of SSD goodness.

Mid-Year Clearance announce this morning @newegg (U.S.):
- Thermaltake TR2 RX 750W Bronze W0382RU SLI Ready CrossFire $59.99 after rebate.
Or,
- Antec NEO ECO 620C 620W Continuous Power 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC $39.99 after promo code EMCKDGK26 plus rebate.
As discussed previously, 620 watts should be plenty for the system you're building, but 750 W would certainly put you into a considerable comfort zone of always having excess capacity, no matter what you attempt or add-in later. And, it's a Thermaltake Bronze.
[ EDIT: that Western Digital SSD (U.S. website)
- Western Digital SiliconEdge Blue SSC-D0256SC-2100 2.5" 256GB SATA II
looks like it's a brand new product being introduced. It will go on Shell Shocker Deal in a few minutes in the U.S. $489 Canadian or $499 U.S. it's normal price, on Shell Shocker $200 Canadian .... be very interesting to see what its U.S. price will be.
Never heard of this drive before, so this must be its retail debut. ]

Phenom II X4 9xx + HD6670, shes theoretically hovering at 150watts average power consumption, peaking at 300watts. a true rated 500watts should be enough imho and still be overkill.
that WD SSD seems to be an old model, looking by the transfer rates 250MB/s read 170MB/s write.
@OP be careful when choosing parts, specially with the rams and gpus, gpus tends to have either GDDR3 or GDDR5 while Rams has its timings, voltage and speed. motherboards too, with their chipsets, peripherals(lan chip , Audio chip, etc) and slots(ram, pci-e, pci, sata, etc).
are you planning to CF the HD6670 later on? if yes check the HD6790, it looks like it wasn't a rebrand but a cutdown HD6850 which supports most of what the HD6670 has to offer, including UVD3 and that sassy HQV 2.0 high score. the performance should be equal to 2xHD6670.
[140$]XFX HD-679X-ZNFC Radeon HD 6790 1GB 256-bit GDDR5
PS: hudson(FM1) boards are out, i.e. AMD's new Fusion processors's motherboard.
