Minecraft is going to Xbox 360

This winter, Minecraft is going to be on Xbox 360 and will be connect enabled. No sources except the fact that they announced it at the Microsoft E3 conference.

What will this bring to Minecraft? Does this mean the official game will be released for the PC as well?

Yeah, we all own beta already. I bought it back during 1.2 or something like that. When it was $15. Still, not much will be different except I can call it the official game. :)

The xbox 360 version will be horrible compared to the PC version, though. One of the reasons being that they can't update the game very often.

The official version of PC Minecraft will come out around November 11 2011.
