Uh, you know that the Novel is still ongoing and that there is need for a S2 to continue the story?

I didn't even know it was based on a novel, though I guess that's my fault for not reading the OP properly :P

There is only one ep left now.
They should have made the whole series double-time per ep and shouldn't have dragged it like that in some cases imho. But i think they did the show like they did so that they have enough material for a S2. Hopefully we won't have to wait too long until they make it.

Pretty good ending. I just wish it was longer to fit in more of the light novel

I wouldn't call it a good ending, they should have not shown Ayaka at the end, or at least
(click to show/hide)
that would be a lot better ending.

I liked the ending of this show a lot, though overall it wasn't a particularly great series. The first episode was very good, and the final arc was even better, but the middle part was decidedly mediocre.

If the entire series had managed to create the dark atmosphere, and the drama, of the final arc, this could have been one of the better shows of the season. As it is, I'd rate it 5/10 or so. I'm looking forward to seeing what they'll do with season 2, if they do make one. This series had the potential to be something really special, so I hope they'll manage to realise that next time.

If they did it like in Inception ending it would have been much better. And I was like, WTF?? when Narumi took it, that surprised me. A lot.

Not a bad ending but definitely not a good one, the ending was rushed as hell and I think another episode would have made a big difference. Bad guy getting caught like that was really stupid =/
Dont know what to put here

I dunno, he wanted to go to heaven and with a single sentence he got what he deserved. He was dying anyways, why give him the pleasure trip ? I actually loved what Alice did there :)

I am not entirely satisfied about the ending where Alice cried, it was totally obvious she was interested in Narumi, and now she lost him to Ayaka. She is brave and very strong, no wonder she can handle all the burden by herself, she chose her life style and her work. I do hope Narumi will keep helping her like he promised but showing Ayaka waking up was a real let down. If they didn't show it it would leave a lot for everyone to interpret it their own way.

An OVA would be very welcome.

If only they had started out this interesting ... and made a better show of it.

Despite the cases getting better towards the end, I must say - could have been so much better. At least they toned down the fanservice (why have it in the first place? T.T), but man, ensemble casts have been done so much better, even with a weak-ass main protagonist (Durarara, f.e.). *headshake* Not sure if I'll delete it right away, but this one won't stay on my HD.

Well, I had fun with this series. I couldn't immediately figure out all the mysteries, so that was cool.

Alice got a little annoying. I think her dialogue was often contrived/overwrought. Almost all the characters were flat. They were interesting, but two-dimensional.

I'm hoping for a season two, and some character development.

Good ending. It also leaves room for S2.

Someone of the creators knows some drug addicts. They showed things I don't think non-addicts, or people who don't know addicts, would know about.

Alice has a very deep seated mean streak. Do not under any circumstances make her feel she needs to settle your hash, ever! How low a blow was that? Can't get much lower, eh?

I want to see the Admiral and Alice get jiggy with it.

Liked it, I guess a season 2 might be coming... but I wont expect anything crazy unless Alice reveals she's a robot from the future whose sister was stabbed to death in a school cafeteria and she's trying to prevent it.

Silliness aside, I was a bit disappointed when we found out Ayaka wasn't dead... a little bit relieved but still disappointed. It would've been much better had she died since I felt like they were going for deep character trauma... which they kind of did but had he been talking to her tomb instead of her comatose body I think would've made a better ending and set the stage for an Alice only season 2! :O Yea I'm sold what can I say, I love the voice actor playing her.

Alice often co-operates with the fourth, I think you are right about that. I think she wouldn't be able to live with herself without punishing him like that, and personally my rep points for her hit up by 5000 when she did it. She showed a lot of gut past these few episodes, showing up outside more often than she should apparently.

There will likely come a second and even third season if it sells well enough. However I think Narumi will not be working iwth Alice anymore and we will meet a new protagonist with Alice, this time around it will be some girl with long brown pigtails.

It's what the great crystal balls telling me :)

I liked it when Alice showed her darker side. She showed absolutely no mercy for the guy, who had pretty ruined one of her friends' life (nearly killed her, even).

I must admit, I didn't really expect Narumi to actually have fallen for Ayaka; honestly thought he would eventually hook up with Alice, with all the remarks he made towards her that she apparently just merely misinterpreted.

I don't think it's love actually, I think that if he was in season 2 as Alice's assistant, then there would be some stuff with Ayaka telling him that all he was doing was trying to help her and thinking it was his way of understanding love. Because that is exactly what he is doing, but he is too simple to notice it. Alice and everyone else knows it, but to tell him that would be crushing his hope. If the ydecide on Season 2 it should be not with Narumi.

If i'm not mistaken an OVA is in the works, perhaps an S2 would come out, but seeing how S1 ended I don't know how Narumi would be connected to Alice this time as it seems he left her for the less appealing choice.
