Do you ever feel bad for making certain choices in video games?

You killed your sister too :D
That was the hardest for me when I played the evil route, I really liked Theresa, such an awesome character.

Yep, I killed my sister, too. After that one really evil choice in the arena I figured "in for a penny, in for a pound". I also put on that mask that made its wearer even more evil. It's a wonder the guild of heroes or what it was called doesn't send a commando unit after you to kill you at that point. If you take that route you're pretty much evil incarnate walking around, and powerful enough to do pretty much anything you want, to force people to do anything you want them to, because you'd be able to inflict a much worse fate upon them if they refuse.

I feel bad, man... Didn't even finish KOTOR/KOTOR2/ME/ME2/etc. on the "bad" side...

Muk666:
Mass Effect games are soo much better when you are evil. Pimp slappin reporters all day!

But I dont get they made Sheppard look so retarded when you got really evil

A question to all those that play/played AMR/AMA

If Alice Liddell was a character in some other game and you had a choice to save the world by killing her or going a wholeshit harder road, what would you do ?
Condition: Alice Liddell doesn't join your efforts but you can talk to her on occasion during the game if you spare her life.

I would go around, no matter how evil route I would play :D

Bit confused, are you providing two alternatives you can choose from to save the world, or do you save the world only in the first scenario? I'd probably go for the latter just for the extra dialog and different story, either way. I have much less problem destroying the entire world than I do making a girl cry. XD

It's the whole "kill one you're a murderer, kill a million you're a hero" thing, I suspect. ...okay, maybe it's really just "out of sight, out of mind". ::)

/a bit more off topic
(click to show/hide)Considering getting this, but not sure if I want it for the 360 or the PC. 360 apparently comes with the prequel, not sure about the PC/Steam version. Control schemes for primarily PC games don't always work out so well when adapted for consoles, though. SSs don't look too intensive, but does the console take a graphics hit?

Hell, for that matter, is it "safe" to play AMR before playing AMA?

Knowing Alice, both choices are incorrect actually, she would have you dead before you even tried :D
Although, as much as Evil I can be in games, I wouldn't dare doing harm to this girl, I would be able to kill billions, but not her, I could actually worship her along with Ika Musume.

(click to show/hide) I have the PC version, I have the prequel and all dresses/weapons, Apparently the PC version comes with it already as the console has a free DLC of the prequel, Retail PC version will have the DLC for free, the prequel, don't know about how they will handle the weapons and dresses issue but I think they will gie it for free, the sales already hit very high, only in my store we had to order 20 copies more cuz we ran out of it already. And we had 30 copies :)

Yes, it is safe to play AMR before playing AMA, although I highly recommend playing AMA first, even though you don't loose much of a plot not doing so, but you will have more understanding about what Alice talks about sometimes with the Hatter, the Cheshire Cat, and even with the Queen.

But yeah, I didn't want to kill Theresa, it was hard, but as an evil overlord, I had no choice.

Sweet. Probably just grab it from Steam, then.

I know nothing about Fable I past maybe 10% in. I own all three, but I've only beaten II and gotten 90% of the way through III.
/wait, I thought Theresa doesn't show up until II, isn't...
(click to show/hide)...a common theory that she's actually the original hero's sister, after the events in Fable I that cause her to supposedly die?
Which one is actually being discussed?

As for the guild, when I started playing I was under the impression that heroes can be good or evil, and the guild doesn't much care. It's been awhile, though.
