Do you ever feel bad for making certain choices in video games?

You had a whole year specifically playing WoW? You do realize you only got about 70-90 of those years in your life. I would at least want to think that I can one day have enough sex to fill a week... but sadly.. it's at like 2-3 hours right now of total sexy time... >.>

Playtime over a period of 6 years, dude. Not one year.

-.-

You thought that I thought it was one year straight? LoL, anyways... I've probably played Fallout 3 and NV a combined amount as some people who have played WoW (with multiple playthroughs).

Afraid to look at my WoW time, since I was playing since beta.  But I do take breaks now and then.  Not going to use my free pass they keep emailing me to check...or I might get sucked back in.

As for making bad choices:  A friend let me play on his beta account of a highly anticipated upcoming MMO...Begins with S.  While questing, there are many decisions given to you that affects um, light and dark.  With one, I decided not to turn in a couple for having a romance.  Figured it was a neutral path.  Wrong, I got stronger with the dark side.  I thought, oh well.  Then I realized.  There is no save point to go back and redo it.  You are forever stuck with your decisions in this game.  Choose wisely padawan.

Isn't that usually something that would get you light points?

A video game wouldn't make me feel bad, no matter what course of action I took on the game. Rape, torture, murder, vandalism, arson... it's all just a game. I'm not going to go out and do those things because I saw them on the game. Nor do I have the urge to do them, so no, I'll never feel bad not matter what choices I make in a game, because those choices have no impact on the choices I make in real life.
