With 26 episodes slated, somewhere between 23-25 has been released by various groups. Nyaa is blue-listing Commie as being the best. Any idea which we would list on here as a batch when done?

Is it worth waiting the uncensored version perhaps for the gore and fanservice

How much / often were the censors?

No it's not worth it. No gore was censored. The fan service was pretty non-existant. There was one scene when all the girls were at a hot spring that was censored. Other than that nothing else.

Great show, sad it ended up human fighting amongst themselves
What draws me to the show is their helplessness against the invading aliens om nom nom noming the pilots

Now hoping for the MuvLuv main story gets animated :D

i liked the first half of this but the second half was kind of lame since there was less aliens and more fucking around with practice matches. still, the end was pretty cool how all the plans turned to complete shit which threw everything up and made it awesome.
i too would like to see more but from what i've seen the sales on this are pretty low so probably won't be getting any more any time soon.
I'll get round to it someday. SOMEDAY ffs

Yes and no. It's has good fight visuals and the mechs look cool. The story is all over the place from start to finish. It's a pseudo romance, action type. It has some good gore. Overall it's a 6/10. If you like mecha it's not bad, but the story ruins it.

If you've played the VN you'd have a better understanding of the anime. Basically, it is for fans. Muv Luv Alternative is one of the best visual novels out there. It's among the top ones. The BDs are long from finished (BDs are uncensored) so this is probably a good time to visit the VN .. or otherwise just watch it and become ignorant about the plot.

I've installed the VN yesterday and patched it.

Can you msg me a link to the VN and patch?
