this lessons were made by Houdaifas not me
so i thank him for sharing me this

to work the lesson u may download the file
play Flash player in the rar file then open the lesson that u download

P.S: there's a little bit arabic language but they won't affect the lessons

None of the resources you posted can be opened - they all appear to be in password-protected zip files, but the password link you provided doesn't work. It's been removed from all the sites listed. Could you just post the password here instead?

Also, the 'Tutorial 5' link just gives a 404 error, and the other tutorial links all seem to point to different tutorials to what they're listed as (going by the filenames, anyway - I have yet to download them). Lesson 2 points to [TUTORIAL 4].rar, for example.
