F3AR (F.E.A.R. III) Beta leaked !!!! This shit is getting outta hand

Ok as in heading F3AR (FEAR III) beta has been leaked, another me-too beta leak!!!
Is it just me or is this shit happening with suspicious regularity these days.

Before the pedants chime in with 'you forgot Halflife' or whatever yes there have been others. But the recent 'beta leaks' have all have an organised feel to them that wasn't present years ago

My credulity quota is pretty much dry at this point. In both previous cases the back door release caused a huge stir
in the gaming press and games community, the devs also used the large unofficial release as open beta tests and gathered
huge amounts of feedback from gamers.
Deus Ex HR was the most blatant and obvious back door demo release as the game was missing some of the higher detail graphic options but other than that pretty much full demo status, everything work ....... for about 3 hours of game play.
The buzz created on the games forums was even bigger than the one for Crysis II. Literally thousands of gaming lemmings where stating how they would happily ritually murder their entire extended families in order to obtain the game.
Masses of sceptics and fans of the original game where convinced that it WAS a true Dues Ex game. Pre-release orders took a massive leap, etc etc.
Now the same thing looks set to happen with F3AR  ::)

Am becoming more and more convinced this is a Generation Y viral marketing technique, but WTF i'll still download and play the mother  ;D
I'll pretty much guarantee that if you could get at the developers company files you'd find that they have all had 'Consultations' with various advertising/PR houses who are balls deep into viral marketing, it wouldn't surprise me if the 'beta leaks' are not part of a coordinated marketing plan, with large numbers of paid 'bellwether forum posters'.
I used to work in the industry back in the 90's so i know how they operate, but at this rate no one will take beta leaks seriously as genuine leaks inside 6-9 months, people get hip to shit like this FAST these days.

Edit: forgot to mention full xbox version is also out on P2P.
