Does anyone know what is written in the EULA that is polarizing the community? It's again something about spying the computer/your gaming behaviour or something like that.

They revised it... they still have the right to look at your harddrive and such... but now it's collected in an "non-personally identifiably" fashion. Meaning they can still see if you torrent on your computer along with how much porn you watch.
The sacrifices we must make... /sigh
Mother of God.... PS3 gets exclusive content for a week before other platforms. At least it's a week and not a month like those bastards at Microsoft.
AceHigh:
I know the wording in that EULA is very bad, but practically I think the "third party" refers to punkbuster and "all you hard drive" means that punkbuster can scan for cheats all over your system.
It surely doesn't make it right and maybe they should make it more restrictive and specific.

So why can't they have a program that scans all the files that are being used WHILE using Origins? I have a sneaky feeling that while I'm playing BF3 it'll just sniff it's nose around my harddrive like a drug dog. "HAha! Not today EA, there ain't nothing on my harddrive." :P
vuzedome:
Heard that the recommended specs will only be able to push the settings till medium before it hits dirt and unplayable FPS.
