Battlefield 3

Ace, I don't think so. It's Origin we are talking about. Keep in mind they will definitely use it for future games as well. The next big player is Mass Effect 3. So, it's def. not punkbuster that is sniffing around but Origin. And tbh, that has made me thinking >_>

AceHigh:
I will just make a bunch of random documents and name them "plan to overthrow Electron Arts" and copy paste a bunch of walls of text together ending it all with Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air lyrics.

Then no one would of been able to play the Alpha... yet a lot of people (on youtube) were able to get very stead FPS with Phenon II x4's and GTX 460/ATI5770 AND be able to us FRAPS while doing it. That's with ALPHA, a very buggy build. :P

If you heard, would you mind telling us where you heard it from? Either way, we will get to see for ourselves next Thursday if we are able to run the game or not on high without getting dirt FPS. I mean honestly, the console versions are probably somewhere inbetween low and medium detail. If the recommended system specs can't run the game better than medium detailed, DICE is doing something wrong. :P

AceHigh:
My brand new i7 should arrive before the beta, looking forward to it.

Your i7 (the Sandbridge core, right?) should do just fine running TWO copies of Battlefield 3 at once.

BTW, Ace/Newy. I took the time to read the EULA and the Privacy Policy. The EULA is vague about what information they collect. The Privacy Policy on the other hand is 100% like Steams. They actually don't sniff your harddrive or anything. They only collect information about EA games/third party games you bought off of Origins and your usage in each game.

So people can kinda breath easier? I mean, I suggest you ALL read both the EULA and the Privacy Policy for yourselves.
