I only play support. Not using a mortar yet, but I do piss off people with claymores  ;D

But seriously, Support got all the good stuff in comparison to BF2. It has the claymores like Snipers, C4 like Spec ops, bug machine guns that are even more OP with IR sight and a mortar which I have only seen as an engineer weapon in AIX mod for BF2.

Haven't really tried any other class yet, but not really in a hurry, I think I found my favourite one.
For one thing, Tiff is not on any level what I would call a typical American.  She's not what I would consider a typical person.  I don't know any other genius geneticist anime-fan martial artist marksman model-level beauties, do you?

Ummm, engineers get the G36C... which is a badass and deadly accurate weapon. Recon get the mobile spawn point and the T-UGS thingy. Support isn't OP... but maybe you've been playing with people who are OP with support. XD

Tell me how to kill Cowpports in their base... You should read before posting.

I knew nothing of the outside world. I was just a frog in a well.

When I play support and I love putting C4's on enemy tanks. When I play in rush mode I also plant C4's on the objective charges if I'm on the defender side. It seems the medic's defibrillator doesn't bite well when reviving a dead teammate.

I meant in comparison to support in BF2. As I said, I didn't try others so I will not judge which role is OP in BF3.

I've played a lot of each class, but I think Assault if very OP, they get grenade launchers which can easy one shot a truck or any other light armored vehicle along with having high powered rifles.

Yeah, I see that you do like that HK416. Speaking of high powered rifles, the one that I want to try with an assault is G3, because it's a nostalgia thing. Unfortunately it has to be unlocked through this mysterious co-op mode that nobody ever mentions in my clan.

Been enjoying the recon so far. Not as many kills, but i've always been more of a flanker and base stealer.

It's harder to move around in the games with 32 players, but the drone is very useful for keeping my squad from getting ambushed and finding targets for them. Earlier today, i noticed one of my teammates was carrying a mortar, so i switched to recon and gave him targets. I may not be the one making kills, but flying around leisurely watching the action is pretty fun.

Are you stalking my Battlelog profile!? XD

And don't you mean the M416 (if in real life it's the HK416, my bad)? I've only been using it so I can get the AEK-971. Now I have to get 100 kills to the IRVN (whatever that IR scope thingy is called). In all honesty, the PDW's in a support class can be really deadly (just spew bullets at people and "reload"). XD

US military likes to give their own designations to weapons they adopt. Did you know that US military designates it's prototype/testing hardware with the letter "T" and service hardware with the letter "M"? For example the Armalight AR15 became known as M16 when adopted by the military.

Heckler&Koch wanted to make an M4/M16 with German reliability and improved inner mechanism. Thus they named it after both M4 and M16 and until US military adopted it, it was and outside US still called HK416.

Also, not my fault that your nick is the same and you didn't even hide your profile from non-friends.

Like I give a crap what people see, it's not like an actual Facebook page with my RL info. Just my stats and what weapons I use a lot. The PP2000 is still top dog (not after I have all the unlocks for the AEK-971 though!)

I use the PP2000 and the UMP with support for that VERY reason. XD

Started playing around with the mortar, not like the faggotry on small infantry maps, but as an anti tank weapon. It works exceptionally well because it kills engies that try to repair the tank at the same time while damaging it. Not even to mention that it disorients tanks as well.

Been instersting piloting the MAV's (Forgot the name, it's the night highway with the overpass). Also learned MAV's could be used offensively, i haven't been able to chase down the EOD, but i've taken out other MAV and spawn beacon. That would have been useful to know earlier. I was in a game a few hours before that and there were two beacons just out of sight, but couldn't shoot because they were on the other side of the highway below ground level next to the river with two. I saw them on the MAV, but didn't know i could have also made the drone go down there to disable them without exposing myself. :P

Man, i should have recorded it. That was pretty fun and they were all shooting the drone near the end.

If there are hackers, more than likely the server isn't the "safest" either. So just disconnect and join another game. I've only maybe encountered one hacker so far... and he was in an LAV that was never repaired but ALWAYS lived.

Is the story and single-player mode pretty awesome in BE3?
