chrome has adblock too, it also seems to run flash in a sandbox environment thus increasing stability and security( though it has been hacked by a white- hat firm.)

Firefox is the only color manged browser on Windows. Everything else is gay.
All you have to do is study it out. Just study it out.

Just curious, does it block Google ads as well? Because the last time I tried Chrome, I got more ads than I got from other browsers. The most annoying one was the ad in youtube (which is also owned by Google, no surprise) that popped up every time I started a new video.
For one thing, Tiff is not on any level what I would call a typical American.  She's not what I would consider a typical person.  I don't know any other genius geneticist anime-fan martial artist marksman model-level beauties, do you?

The last time i checked Adblock on Chrome it did load the adds, just didn't showed them, compared to adblock on Firefox which doesn't even load the adds...

There is actually a Chrome version of Firefox's AdBlock Plus, which uses the same engine - it's what I use, and while it isn't as good as the Firefox version, it's not bad; definitely a lot better than the other Chrome one. The biggest problem is that adding new rules to the filter list is a real pain compared to the Firefox version - the actual ad blocking is pretty decent.

Your last time is too last time. Since 2.0 Chrome Adblock stops ads from loading.

Ace, the adblock extension is not developed by google.

The problem with the adblocks in chrome is that they can't target ads in streams and similar content.

opera renders some pages strangely, and it used to handle torrents with a dumbed- down integrated downloader. it does have the nice turbo feature tho and it resumes from the last session you were on, but is quite a bit slower than chrome. it also has some handy developer features. you could also try safari.

The Turbo mode if left on auto may at times fuxxor up a previously opened tabbed page. Mainly hotmail atm for me. (Old email, too lazy to migrate, but have several gmails I use as well)

Interface is somewhat like chrome but more cluttered per se. Not sure about add ons since I don't use them.

IMO Opera > Chrome and in certain cases Opera > FF, but overall, I still use chrome and FF more than opera. Not sure why.
This is your home now. So take advantage of everything here, except me.

I'm still at 4.1 Firefox. I'm not sure if its worth upgrading.

Yeah on Chrome there are two major ones: Adblock and Adblock Plus. The latter is made by the same guys who made the Firefox one, and it is still in Beta but it is getting there. I'm pretty sure the new revisions of both though stop the ads from loading, not just display. It doesn't block ads in all streams though, but even the Firefox one doesn't block half of those for me. That feature depends very heavily on the site.

For those of you Firefox 3.6 fans, I do sympathize but to be honest the programs are moving in the other direction. All 5 major browsers are focusing on speed and minimalism now (aka. the stuff people think of as Google Chrome-esque). I mean Opera looks just like Firefox 4 and I.E. is trying desperately to go even further. Safari has been that way forever afaik.

Haha, interesting how people think that speed is Chrome-esque, rather it's embarassing...

After CNET and Lifehacker (and several other sites) post a couple hundred graphs, I mean what do you expect? The impression it gave at launch still persists, not to mention Google touts it quite a bit. Personally I don't see how a theoretical improvement of .2 seconds makes much difference in actual use. If speed is all that matters, today you may as well use IE.

I think on the page was also described how to use your own local saved persona
Since you have to check it anyway before uploading ...
