I think on the page was also described how to use your own local saved persona
Since you have to check it anyway before uploading ...
so, does this mean that i can use my custom persona without uploading it to ff?
nice!

btw, thanks for replying and thanks to kyrdua for the persona...my ff seems lively now...
im using this and this ;D

Yes, you can. I've been wanting to make my own for a while now but never found the time for it.

Anyway, back to topic...

It appears that chrome stores passwords unencrypted and ie9 has some sort of anti-malware protection built in.

.
I had to rebuild an old PC this week to give myself a basic computer.  Cooked out my previous rig and am trying to troubleshoot it and build a new one.  Yaddayadda.

So, I had a Dell GX 260 sitting around.  It's a 1.8 GHz P4 running w/ a 400 MHz bus and 1 GB DDR RAM running @266 MHz.  Installed on an old 20 GB Seagate drive on 100 UDMA controller.  Put WinXP pro on it and tweaked it down lean ... approx. 3.6 GB install after SP3 and all current patches applied.  Runs at ~130 MB of memory before installing avast! AV on it ... and now it idles along at ~155 MB, 1-2% CPU use, 23 processes before I launch any apps.

Not a bad system at all for web surfing, email ... will put Open Office on it and a number of other utilities and keep it around for most of my web activities.  Probably even use it as my print server to help keep my other systems lean & clean when they are finally built & healthy again.

Anyway, so I went with a spanking fresh install of FireFox 5 and Chrome 12.  Will play more with them over time, but I'm very impressed with how lean firefox is running.  I can crank open 25 tabs or so, some pretty flash-heavy, and my memory use goes up to 500-600 MB.  Some pages load slowish and with a bit of clunk, but I've got teh headphonics on cranking the WinAmp w/ flacs and jumping all over the internets, with avast! cranked up pretty high, and the system is digesting it nicely.

Gotta give props out to the new FireFox: it's eating some interwebz and asking for more.  The older versions, back around 3.0* & 3.5-ish woulda' had some bellyfull and be bringing my poor old (2002!) system to its knees.

I'm really liking how slim I made the toolbars.  Love the menu bar hidden until you tap the ALT key ... man that really cleans it up some.  Also digging the Private Browsing session ... wanted that from the first time I found it in Chrome.

Gonna addon some ad-blocker and flash blocker and I'm certain it'll feel like downhill skiing on the back of a dinosaur.

 ;D 8)
I win, once again, in my never-ending struggle against victory.

Tab Utilities addon and Adblock Plus are the only addons I use at the moment. I love both of them! Tab Utilities is great to stack rows of tabs and it also separates your Pinned Tabs and the regular Tabs.

that ought to make firefox consume at around 300~ MB, with that said. that is pretty useful for cracked and TVTropes.
well, not that i'd need something like that with opera's tab grouping.

PSP. God it's so addicting. I lost the other 2 pages and I'm trying to find them. That page is the most updated page to the end game dungeons.

I definitely have to find myself a copy then. I have the GBA version, and for its age it's a really good game (despite ridiculously repetitive music). I was always impressed at how they managed to animate all the sprites so that they hold the actual weapon they are equipped with, instead of a generic one like in FFTA. Not to mention the different animations characters use when you give the right classes the right weapons.

so we're talking about firefox and all so i`m gonna ask this.

since firefox 3.x till this version i could only get about 40KB/s download speed with firefox's manager, when i use anything else i could get as high as 80KB/s on the same file, though flashget makes me do a wooping 150KB/s, half of the peak speed of my line. is there any particular reason why its so retardedly slow? or its just my settings? point it out on how to adjust if thats the case please.

No reason. diff. FF versions should not have different download speed. it's all in your network/download server load.

That would imply there's something fucked with your firefox.

How to fix. No idea, well some but unlikely to work.

Because we can!

Get the guide with it! You're gonna need the guide. There are three different routes that split up right at the end of Chapter 1. There's Lawful, Chaotic and Neutral arcs. There's different endings too and recruiting characters (at least half of them) is Crazy hard. Ravness <3!!! The story is very, very good and character build is pretty fucking excellent. It's much better than FFT: War of the Lions even thou both games were made by the same company (Square Enix) and similar people from both projects. FFT should have been like this ... For end game progressions, like Palace of the Dead (as an example) you want to go online and look for the drop rates:

Pirate's Graveyard loot table. That's one of the small dungeons which only spans around 12 floors. Palace of the Dead goes to 100, and anything beyond that is extremely hard (extending to 115 floors and they're called Ogre battles). There's another end game dungeon that's about 40-50 floors and that one is the hardest dungeon in the game according to people and the guide.

Anyways I'd like to have another person to discuss this game with so without getting off topic from here just post in this thread.

Firefox 5.0 stores the passwords encripted and, until now, I'm unable to find a program that can access firefox saved passwords with a master password. I already challenged some gys to try to crack the system in any way they wanted with one condition: They must not use brute force to find the password. they are trying for months and they still are unable to crack the system. They only way they said they can is by brute force + 1 point for firefox!
