i`m just saying that theres a possible lawsuit, just like apple suing samsung because of copyright about their icons.

Apple sues everyone when another company tries to move into their territory. It's tradition now.

Google has had a lot of invite-based projects. o_O I remember when I was all goo-goo-ga-ga over Gmail. Then all the later projects turned out to be shit.
Has Facebook sued renren yet? 'Cause all my chinese friends use renren much much MUCH more than facebook.

Probably because they can't access FB in China?

I knew nothing of the outside world. I was just a frog in a well.

I don't know why they still have that. Gmail doesn't need invites anymore, and so many people already know about it that the invitations are kinda useless, especially since everyone has 50 to 100 of them.

I wish they'd give me some Google+ invites. All my friends are asking from them.

Probably the main thing that I enjoy about Google+ is Group and Circles. Its easier to now just share like, anime stuff with anime friends and gaming stuff there and general stuff with general peeps etc. I haven't played around with it much so I can't praise or condemn it but I think its a step in the right direction for the social networking and I have wondering why FB hasn't added the feature already.

Is this the FB killer? Probably not. Google has launched many projects attempting to take competition from various people and most of the time it ends in failure. I think FB has hit a spot where it will most likely not be toppled for years and years. The only way it will go down is if it takes too long in keeping up with the latest trends and ideas however I can't see that happening too soon.

And why should there be a lawsuit? Has FB a copyright on social networks...?
No, but they do have patents.

It is doubtful however, that there will be lawsuit. Too expensive for both parties.
The solution nowadays seems to be money under the table, and some "special agreement" where the parties cannot sue each other.
