DMC fits this, unfortunately.

Touhou would be mine. and... VN's like say, Saya no Uta and Sono Hanabira (haven't played this yet, but i liked the OVA).
(click to show/hide)AND THE KISSING GIRLS IN MY AVATAR ARE FROM THAT SERIES FOR GREAT JUSTICE.

SeventyX7:
It's truly a crime that DISGAEA has not been mentioned yet.  1 and 2 were both amazing (3, not so much).

Plus, 4 coming out in September looks AMAZING.  Will have politics as a focus, with a stronger dark assembly type system.

TMRNetShark:
DISGAEA for sure.

Persona.

Blazblu

DMC

ICO & Shadow of the Colossus (if you don't think they're anime games, think of the story and setting(s) of either game and compare them to other anime inspired games)

Tales of (of course)

Star Ocean

Almost all the FF's

Chrono Trigger

Valkyria Chronicles

Advance Wars (All of them)

Pokemon (Red, Blue, Gold, Silver, Soul Silver, Heart Gold, Diamond, Black & White) (Side note: I will buy a 3DS specifically to get a new 3D Pokemon game).

Lastly, even though it had no real "anime" characters in it... it took very heavy influence of the anime "mecha" genre and meshed it perfectly with western mechs to create one of the most fun team based mech games alive (what I mean by meshed is that the half the guns look like they came from animes while the other half came from western mech games. I mean COME ON, did anyone think the "Spiker" was a western mech idea?).

Muk666:
Valkyria chronicles is an amazing game but the gameplay could be frustrating as hell.

Tales of Vesperia is probably my favorite current gen jrpg, funny as hell and the best dub I've heard
