ok, i tried to figure this out on my own but im really not sure if i have it right. Its very confusing. I tried searching here too, but the only forum posts i found were for a few of the OVA's and some stuff in the uploaders forum. I was sorting some of my older files and saw this series. I figure I might as well give it a look finally. I could use a light hearted ecchi comedy. The problem is with the OVA's. Sorting out whats what is a pain in the ass.
Theres the first season which is pretty self explanatory. 12 episodes, just called
Kodomo no Jikan. However, once you get to the OVA's it gets confusing fast. The 2nd season
Kodomo no Jikan: Ni Gakki is listed on both
ADB and
myanimelist as 3 OVA's
1 4th Graders
2 Fun Athletic Meet
3 Green Cherry Tree
however..
here on bakabt there are 4 episodes listed. I asked a long time ago wtf ep 00 was but no one ever replied. I dont get what that episode 0 listed there is, which is where the confusion starts
after that it gets a bit worse
The
Kodomo no Jikan OVA's are listed differently. On
ADB its shown as 4 OVA's

2 Rin`s Classroom Diary (Special Compilation)
3 Shiro-chan, Kuro-chan
4 A Child`s Summer Time
however
myanimelist only lists it as 3 OVA's
Episode 01: What You Gave Me (Anata ga Watashi ni Kureta Mono)
Episode 02: Kuro-chan, Shiro-chan (Kuro-chan to Shiro-chan)
Episode 03: A Child's Summer Time (Kodomo no Natsu Jikan)
one of the OVA's seems to be listed seperatly on
myanimelist as 'Kodomo no Jikan Recap' From reading it it sounds like its the 'Rin's Classroom Diary' OVA listed on ADB, is that right?
I cant seem to find the
Shiro-chan, Kuro chan OVA in my file list, or here on Bakabt.

So how the hell does it all break down? I want all of the later OVA's. Just for refrence the following is the list of the files/names i have on my HD:

it also has 2 OVA's, which i belive are the first 2 according to ADB:

so that should be all of 2nd term right? though the groups seem to be an odd mix
It seems i am missing the 3'rd and 4'th OVA's listed on ADB (or the 2nd and 3rd OVA's according to Myanimelist):

4 A Child`s Summer Time
but i cant really find them here on Bakabt. I
think that a childs summer time is
this on bakabt but i could be wrong. I can not find Shiro-chan, Kuro-chan anywhere. Does anyone know what the hell the episode 00 thing from 2nd term is here on BBT?
so basiclly the thing in question is how the OVA's break down. It seems it can be listed as either 4 OVA's together:
1 What You Gave Me
2 Rin`s Classroom Diary (Special Compilation)
3 Shiro-chan, Kuro-chan
4 A Child`s Summer Time
or as 3 with Rin's Classroom diary as something totally seperate for some reason (not sure why that is )

How is that supposed to work out, does anyone know? Any way you look at it though, BBT seems to be missing the 3rd/4th OVA, Shiro-chan, Kuro-chan, and possibly A Child`s Summer Time (though that may be the one i linked above). Anyone know why it isn't here? Hopefully someone knows how that all breaks down so i can either d.load the missing files from here, or look online for them
BTW, side question, should i get a different group for 2nd term? It seems i had a weird mish-mash of groups there. I have never heard of barkyseal, dunno if theyre any good. I value translation over video quality a lot of the times. Unless one version looks much worse, i just want the group with a better translation. That doesn't seem to be the policy here on BBT a lot of the time so im not sure if barkyseals worth a look.
