Men sharing a home with females is nothing out of the ordinary.
All that is required is to keep the place tidy, don't be a dick and dress appropriately around them. You already broke the second.

First off, this thread is useless without pictures.
Second of all, isn't it only a harem if you actually have any chance with the girls?
Thirdly, living with a hot girl as well as a girlfriend can cause some annoying jealousy issues (Girl A walks past in a towel, girlfriend asks if you were checking her out etc) situation probably more frequent than you'd think, as Girl A will do it on purpose for the attention.
Fourthly, pretty girls are usually annoying. I can just about put up with my lady, though more than one I could not. And as they're friends, you can't just tell them to fuck off and stop being dappy.
Fifthly, welcome to the world of being told about pathetic relationship shinanigens, and having your sage advice thoroughly ignored.
Sixthly, has your lady expressed any interest in group sex?
Seventhly, toilet queues suck. Electricity bills suck (hair driers, blah blah)
Eighthly, is this the girlfriend you had ages ago? The one that IIRC came into agent once or twice?
Ninethly, is this a result of your Pick Up Artist TM skills?
Tenthly, some girls don't like being noisy around their friends, which can impact the intensity of fun-time.
