Indeed. According to HP, a 2TB drive should be 280USD more expensive than a 1TB one. And if you want Dell to put a 1TB drive instead of a 500GB one in your Precision T5500 you should pay Dell 130USD.

And according to newegg....

No shit Sherlock. I never knew building my own computer is cheaper than paying for someone else to do it for me. I might need to look into cooking at home instead of eating out.

^ you`ll need to include the parts that you`ll need like gas/electricity to cook, the quality vs restaurants and time consumed during cooking. might be cheaper, sure but cooking takes time, specially delicious ones.

It's just food. Coat your mouth with benzocaine(local anesthetic), swallow it all, get energy out of it, poop and done!

Sosseres:
If you factor in time making the food, then you have to factor in travel time to a restaurant you want to eat at. In my case those are often equal. Though the food at the restaurant is better when I make food in that time at home.

kitamesume:
^ usually the restaurant is a couple of blocks away.

by the time the food is served it should've took about 30mins at fastest including the time spent going to the restaurant(10mins walk, 5mins order, 15mins waiting till serve), plus you`ll have your hands off the cooking which is troublesome.

but, if you`d take in canned goods which only takes an oven/microwave to cook and you dont mind the taste then it is indeed alot of savings compared to restaurants.

Edit: ok i know we're talking about "Apple" but are we talking about the food or the inedible?   /sarcasm
