Well. There is a manual for sex, building computers and how to treat children. Why not for robbery? ;)

I totally read that as "How to murder children (specifically your own)"... That bitch needs to get the gas chamber (in reference to your traffic partner in LA Noire).

Hmm... I wonder, why did the guy do it? Was his job not making enough or was he just plain bored?

IMO, the chain invited to be robbed and have a manual written about it.

Does insurance cover the loss for robberies?  Would make sense if the whole chain kept the same practices after being robbed repeatedly.

It bothers me seeing a woman run a store alone late at night.  The store manager isn't concerned about her safety, while she's probably making minimum wage.

I think I have a friend that might find that relevant to his interests.

:p

During school, I had a part time job running a Shell gas station by myself late at night (a friend of my mom's).  I was not worried...maybe even looking forward for someone to try.  But when the manager had his daughter run it alone at night, it didn't take long before it was robbed.  Stupid manager and stupid daughter.  She blamed herself, saying things like if she didn't have as much money in the register or have locked the doors and only used the window, etc.  I told her it was not her fault.  Well, she did get free victim counseling out of it :p

edit:
Sorry if I seemed like I was being sexist.  But in the US, I expect there is a good chance that a male running a store alone at night has a piece under the counter and is willing to use it.  As I was.

Well, the chances of a store being robbed are heavily dependant on the location.
