That's because solving mysteries in NEET detective didn't involve a demonic chick who gets truth answers. Also there were more characters and plots than this one has.
Un-Go is enter the room, place a chess pawn and leave the room tactic. This show became boring so they gave an AI loli to it to keep in interesting :P

It's supposed to be a chick flick anime. Calling it boring is being redundant.

Besides we now know the NEET detective is actually in prison. lol

The go to groups seem to have dropped this show. Too bad, these past two eps. have been pretty good. Not a whole lot of action, but not unreasonable wrap your brain like a pretzel to follow along like some anime.

I'm slightly disappointed with this show, but it's better than Phi Brain which I dropped after one episode.

When I get back home I will have to update my Anime Planet again :(

This series is going into a dark corner. And it is better for that.

Did you see Ep 00 - Inga-ron ..?  Prequel that did pretty good justice to the series.  Was very nice to get a lot of background info filled in after watching the original series and spending some enjoyable time speculating about what had come before.

I could go for a movie or two and another season of this.  Really pretty animation, liked the soundtrack (available in FLAC @Nyaa right now).  There was some pretty interesting political commentary about mind and information control that I really liked, and would like to see more of.  I thought it was cool to scratch into the surface of AI existence and rights.  Since Time of Eve, I've been wanting to see more of that and UN-GO gave a nice mini-fix of that plotline.

Overall, I thought this was one of the best recent anime I've seen.  Rate it an 8 or 9 at least overall out of ten.

Haven't looked into it yet (will do that now), but was wondering about novels &/or manga for this.  Any available?  Any opinions about how good or bad in comparison to the anime?
I win, once again, in my never-ending struggle against victory.

I don't know about manga or novels, but now I just realized the movie is actually done ... or was done a while ago! I'm downloading it now. Gotta watch it and see more!

Thanks for the heads up.
