You must be doing something wrong then...
It took an hour to write; I figured it'd take an hour to read.

Get a hobby. Start exercising, start a real competative effective martial art like boxing/muey thai, BJJ or MMA and get in shape.
If you're too lazy you could always learn programming, graphic designs and other arts or start playing an instrument.

I have a hobby for you... start spying on your neighbors with binoculars or scopes and see what they are doing. It's like bird watching, but people forget to close the shades when something interesting is going on. I saw a "wardrobe malfunction" once... she probably thought no one saw... but I did.

If don't want to be a creeper about it, people watch in a public place... it's actually kinda easy to meet people that way.

Do you have money?

Do you have a car?

I hate life at times with internet. I sit around waiting or doing the same shit over and over and over. It's a rut to say the least.

What I did when I was overseas and forced to find things to do without internet.

Go outdoors and hike and experience nature. Shit son, there's life outside of walls! A quick google prior to look up plant names etc. is nice too. Remember to NOT bring portable internet with you.
Learn a language. Man, crazy how well you can focus when you realize you're not distracted every second by the idea of an email reply, instant message, forum post movie, game etc.
Read a book. Hell, I enjoy many of these more than I do movies. Not to say I don't like movies, but it's a refreshing change of pace.
Work out. No need for weights. Mere pushups, sit ups, jogging, plank/squats etc. are enough.
Mini road trip. No need to plan it out. Do a sponaneous bike or car drive in areas of your city you have never been before. Go to a random mom and pop shop or random restaurant to try the food. Love it or hate the experience, keep trying to learn more things.

Seriously. Set aside more than a day where you'll "disconnect". No internet/texting/electronics for 12/24/36/48 hours. Bring your phone, that's good for emergencies, but allow yourself ONLY to take phone calls. If someone has an emergency somewhere, they will call you. A text is not urgent. It might seem weird at first, but after you find the things that actually are gratifying, you might want to try it out for longer.

Main thing is to try something and focus on doing that one thing. Sometimes I drive out to nearby natural parks to nap in my car when parked in the parking lot. "You can sleep in your room" most say. Yes, but when I'm away from the plethora of choices in my house and limit my choices to sleep, take a walk etc. (not focusing on phone) then it's so much better.

Personally? I'm planning to do a short road trip to small towns near my city. The furthest is probably a 2 hour drive at most, but the chance to chat with my friend and do pointless spontaneous stuff like hiking, beaches, drinking, socializing etc. is a much more gratifying experience than most other things I could do instead at home.

Seriously. Do something physically challenging. Some thing that will make you uncomfortable at first, but when compounded together, will be much more awesome.
This is your home now. So take advantage of everything here, except me.

Some of that sounds extreme to me, but I agree with the general consensus of "get a hobby." I write and read about my film/music interests and current events, spend most of my holiday time in another country and play guitar. Quite frankly I can't find enough time in the day...

+1 been working from 07:30 to 16:00 during this summer break, after all that just relaxing at home is like the best thing ever, I'm never bored now ;D

Are you deaf as well as blind, woman? I'm not a carpet to walk over and I
distinctly heard myself speak. If I pinch your bottom, you can slap my face, but until I do, I expect a civil word for a civil word!

Skip the alcohol.

Find somewhere you haven't been and go there to have a look around.

It doesn't matter if it's down the road, the next city or the next state.

Ask your girl friend if she wants to come, if she doesn't, don't stress over it and go anyway.

I did something similar not so long ago. I went to Singapore!

I hadn't been out of the country since Dad was posted to Canada, I was so young I traveled on my Mother's passport. lol.

I was in Singapore for a little over a week and I wasn't ever bored, that week just flew by.

i won't slip into youth pastor mode. instead:

let us work without theorizing, it's the only way to make life bearable. -- Voltaire.

most modern psyc problems are meaning problems. either solve the meaning problem (i.e. figure out what you're all about), be involved in something in which those problems might be subsumed, or be around people (irl, not just here) so that there will be more voices around you than the one in your head chipping away at your happiness.
