Normal Sleeping...

Hey guys, I used to play a browser game wherein you have to be active as frequent as possible....

I stopped playing this for almost 2-3 months due to the fact that the game is dying (not much players). But the fact that when I have my sleep, I tend to wake up every 4-5 hours... When I was still playing it, I set my alarm in order to wake up every 2 hours....

Would you guys give me some tips on how to "reboot" my normal sleep since an average homo sapien need 7-8 hours of sleep?

I tend to get sleep-deprived most of the time....

Well normally you should just keep at it and sooner or later you should be back to a normal sleep pattern. Altough in unconventional means id say try getting urself wasted a couple days in a row.. No way you should wake up every 2 hours then.

easy, i got this issue as well, theres four tricks.

either:
keep sleeping, dont get up from bed, keep your eyes shut, you`ll fall asleep again.

dont sleep for the whole day until night, you`ll be asleep for the whole night, repeat this a few times like twice a week. or actually, just dont sleep for like 24hours then go to sleep XD you`ll be sleeping like a rock.

get some workouts before sleeping, heavy ones that tires you out like mad, makes you easily fall asleep.

get drunk.

Soryon:
Lay in bed with zero stimuli and just wait for sleep, if you are afraid to do the following-
Get fucking drunk. Drink early and go until you pass out. You will both basically force yourself to sleep AND you will get a nice long rest on top of it.

Also, you can try some of the sleeping pills on the market. Ive never used any but I guess they work.
