My uTorrent settings for my 100mbit connection.

I've used 3.0 before nothing different, downgraded back to 2.2.1

Guys lower the MTU at your router from 1500 to 1000 and on your computer with TCPOtimizer, not only will you save your internet from impossible loading times you will also get this:
MTU 1500
MTU 1000
Found this when my internet speed suddenly became unstable when our main firewall crashed, the other backup routers appeared to not work properly the rest of them giving drastically uneven connection speeds until i googled why the hell were they so slow.

hmmm, i`ve been seeing those MTU suggestions alot but didnt think it`ll give this drastic changes, usually see them being suggested on slow Internet speeds(talking about 256kbps and below, specially effective on dial-ups they say), plus lowering MTU lowers latency as well but not always.
the biggest drawback in lowering MTU too much is that you`ll get alot less throughput than what your line can provide. i.e. you should be getting 100Mbps but you lowered MTU and caused a 35% decrease, hence only getting 65Mbps.
try tweaking it a bit, usually 1200-1478 bracket seems to be the sweet spot.
