Should be an improvement over a-S in terms of video quality. Also includes the specials a-S lacks. Depending on how soon he'll do the dual-audio release he had talked about, that might outright replace a-S.
IIRC Tormaid simply re-muxed raws from Raws-4U. I think we should wait and compare this release with OZC as they've released the first episode just a few days ago encoded from the R2 Blu-Ray with dual audio + commentary.
