Not too bad, the transitions are a few miliseconds off at times but I've never used Vegas and not familiar with how difficult it is to line it up using that. I use Premier and After Effects and can usually get them lined up fairly well using either.
Sound is fair, MP3 or FLAC? Video source is about what you could expect from an export and compression.
I'm still fairly new to the AMV scene myself so can't really comment too much on technicality in compositing - the only AMV I have out is a quick two-month project that I threw together to learn the tools. It's a little too literal and follows the lyrics too much for some peoples taste but I thought it came out well enough since that was what I was going for in the first place. (YouTube - Hurricane Himura for those interested)
All-in-all I'd give it a thumbs up, I'd like to reserve most judgement until I see the finished product to be fair though.
