Banner Anime Question

Hey Everyone!

I had a question about what anime a banner depicts. It looks kind of familiar but I can't pinpoint the anime. I think I saw it at one point, or one that I would want to watch.

It was created by freakonature and on the Banners page it is on row 17 - the one in the middle.

Two girls in front of the blue glyph with the swords to the right side.

Any hints would be appreciated.
